Kick off this month of togetherness and thanks giving with yoga for the whole family! Our practice will use books, songs and simple poses to connect our minds, bodies and hearts to the gratitude we feel at this special time of year!
Bring a towel or yoga mat to join the fun! Space is limited, please register.
A children's yoga instructor certified through Yoga Effects and Karma Kids, Lindsay Fletcher loves incorporating yoga into the classroom and watching little yogis blossom.
