Do you like a good story, but are too busy to commit to a book club? The Library presents a monthly series for adults. Come to hear great short stories read aloud followed by a short discussion.
Guest reader is Lauren Acampora, The Summer People by Shirley Jackson
Lauren Acampora, the reader, is the author of The Wonder Garden, winner of the GLCA New Writers Award and a finalist for the New England Book Award; The Paper Wasp, longlisted for the Center for Fiction’s First Novel Prize; and The Hundred Waters, named a Best Book of 2022 by Vogue. She lives in Katonah with her husband, artist Thomas Doyle, and their daughter Amity.
