Kids' Culinary Corner
Thursdays in March
Ages 4-6
In this 4-session class, kids explore the world of scents and flavors. Roll up your sleeves to measure and mix. Experience how it all comes together with easy recipes from colorful cookbooks. The series begins on March 7 at the Library and culminates in a visit to the Bedford Hills Community House kitchen.
Registration is required as the class is limited. Please let us know if you need to cancel so we may contact those on the waiting list.
Jessica M. Colón, a bilingual educator, is the Founder and President of For the People and Kids, Inc. Previously, she was an Educator at The New York Botanical Garden's Edible Academy and was Museum Educator at the Bronx Children's Museum and Morris Jumel Mansion Museum.
This program is a collaboration with For the People and KIDS, a nonprofit organization that collaborates with local farms, gardens, and other groups to provide diverse, hands-on programs that empower community members of all ages. Support is provided by the Town of Bedford, Recreation & Parks.
